While I have very little knowledge of ancient coins, this does not look to be authentic to me. I feel that it is too detailed and the patina does not look right to me. My feeling is that this is a modern replica. However, wait for answers from our experts. Once you have the identification, you can go on ebay or other auction sites and find the prices realized to give you an idea of value.

I consider this an artwork fantasy ancient coin, made for modern tourists. I would just keep it.

It has a nice design but sadly is not a real ancient coin.

Definitely not an ancient coin - the style is completely wrong. It is (very loosely) based on the silver tetradrachms of the Boeotian Confederacy, like this one.
