Do they exist? I never see anyone have one up for auction on ebay. I did see some website sell one for several hundred dollars. How scare are these and what is a fair price to pay? I am just curious.

1983 Quarters coins in UNC would be a great find, especially since they did not make mint sets those two years, although the mint did make "souvenir" sets.

(reviewing numismedia.com) Dang! 83-P show up as $2.00 in circulated grade, and $8.00 in UNC. 83-D are $1.00 in circulated and $7.00 in UNC
