I'd keep the star note as well. But I collect them just for fun, not because they might be valuable.

I keep notes not always based on value, but because I just like them. That $20 really has no value over face, or if any it may have a couple of dollars. In reality a 40 year old note is far from being old or rare it is just cool.

I might keep the 1969C and the star note. Depending how badly wrinkled they are. The star had a 3.2 million run, which is on the high side for a star note.
