I am trying to find the value or rarity of a 1878 Republic of Argentina one centavo coin. I've yet to find anything about this coin that is helpful. Is it rare and collectable? Thanks for any info! Gascoin New Member Argentina 9 Posts	Posted 01/14/2015 03:07 am 20 years ago there was none of that essai in the local market, it was just a museum piece, I dont know why during this latest years every collector here has at least one of them, yet they are expensive coins here in Argentina.
