I wanted to share this one too. Is it a weak strike, clogged die or worn die? I figured it won't be a valuable coin but just curious as to why it looks the way it does.

More than likely it was an overpolished die..probably tried to remove a clash. I've seen the back of the neck and RTY done the same way.
