It's raining 1909S VDB Pennies. Well, not exactly but two in a month is pretty good. I'm trying to buy it but I don't want to over pay. It was graded by ANA and given an F-12. ANA being a little generous? What do you guys think? Thanks for the help.

In your humble opinions, would you say 650 was a good or even a very good deal? ebay tends to have a range of 750 - 900 in this coins grade. I have no intentions of parting with it so she'd be a keeper/investment. Thanks guys.

Looks F12 to me, $885 CDN ask....I'd say it's a good deal. I'd buy it and slab it with PCGS if you want it as an "investment" or even if you're keeping it.

At $650, for a genuine S-VDB, if you don't buy it I know of at least one person (no, it's not me) who would jump at the opportunity!

The Obverse is F-12, the reverse looks even a little better than that.

The price is really good. If I had the cash, and you weren't buying it, I"d definitely consider that coin at that grade at that price. Good luck.

Many, many thanks for all the input. You guys were a big help. I'm waiting to hear back and see if he wants to sell it. He may decide to keep it or sell it to somebody else. Thanks again.
