I don't know much about serial number. I just found a 20 dollars with the following sn : AUZ5392539

is it worth keeping? Brand new from the ATM machine.

its a 3 digit repeater, I think. I found a $20 with different numbers that had the same pattern, I put it back in circulation. Some of the more seasoned paper collectors may be able to tell you otherwise, perhaps the serial prefix is worth something.

This is a 4-Digit non-radar repeater. There is not much collector demand for four digit repeaters, and in Uncirculated condition they have a book value of $26.

I would spend it.

I wouldn't keep it either, they're quite common, I've returned a few back to circulation myself. Now if it were an UNC 2 digit repeater, I would consider keeping.

Why don't you just try to sell it. At least try, just like selling rolls of uncirculated special loonies. Maybe no one wants it but sometimes there is someone who is actually interested.
