That is one rare note, and being Serial Number One doesn't hurt either...
I am curious though what the Certified Grade will be as it looks just a bit lightly faded due to light exposure, or it could just be the lighting... Would also like to view the reverse side as the bottom front looks like it was trimmed off too much...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the notes were delivered to the banks in that period on four subject sheets and cut down at the bank...

It is a very rare note, but it isn't serial # 1. The serial # is probably the B849192 value.

I'm not sure what the P7718 # is either.

The upper right number is the treasury serial number and the #1 is the banks serial #.

P7718 stands for the banks charter number and the regional identifier letter(P=pacific).

And it sold for $246k! Wish I had that much to spend on my collection
