My pics aren't too great. I'm in the middle of moving, so you get the iPhone/couch arm/floor lamp effect. :D

Nice half, fully original by the looks of it. The Barbers are really scarce in the higher circulated grades.

Just WHERE ARE you finding these lovely pieces?

You picked a difficult but ultimately rewarding grade range for your halves.

Oh, is this you?

We Barber people, because we take these coins seriously, have to have a humorous outlet.
Otherwise, the hunt for the elusive VFs would have driven us crazy long ago.

It is a blessing to make another smile!

Matthew, more than once, I have heard Barber collectors are more passionate than EAC guys. I'm not sure if that's a compliment or a fault.

Oh dear LogPotato,
During my formative years in coin collecting there were only two groups:
1) Collectors of old copper coins, the TRUE collectors, and
2) Everyone else!

Now, copper people are good people, a bit more serious than all of the others.
But we Barber people, equally as serious, have a tad bit more sense of humor.
And we know how to have fun.

I helped to close down JD's Tavern after the coin show on Saturday night! (Radisson Hotel - 1 AM)

I take it as a compliment.

Had you gone before the show it would have been like Christmas the next morning finding all the things you got
