I thought I would call the RCM this morning and find out why I haven't received anything in a long time. I have about $1500.00 in orders that are way ...... way over due. I was informed that two of my orders had been cancelled! I would like to thank Eric the mint employee that helped me to get everything straitened out. I believe everything will ship next week.  I think if anyone else is still waiting for a lot of items, you might want to call and find out why. Thanks again to Eric .... I think if he had not been able to fix this error it would have cost me about $500 more from ebay  |

Would you mind sharing with us which two had been cancelled? So Eric helped to bring the two cancelled orders back?

That's unbelievable. Don't know that I'd go as far as to say there's a scam going on, but given the extraordinary delays that have been commented on ad nauseam; orders being shipped without any notification; erroneous charges being applied to customers credit cards that aren't being caught by the Mint but by the customers; only a portion of Master's Club members receiving info regarding new releases and very likely other problems and errors that aren't being reported here, I have to say, it sounds like something is surely rotten at the Mint.

notifying us? The Mint can hardly keep our order status up-to-date. I have many orders that was shipped months ago and still marked as processing.  Too bad they didn't forget to charge my credit card.  |

Good point. Lol. Amongst all the chaos they seem to always charge you for the coins.....at least once.

I have one coin on order since April. Recently, the charge showed up on my credit card as pending then disappeared a few days later. Same thing again.
