went out to the coin show in sacramento ca today after work! it was my very first time out there and it was a blast. saw millions of dollars worth of rare gold and silver coins! passed up on all the coins and bought bars instead! i bought a total of 12 Troy Ounces all JM bars (2 1 oz bars and one 10 oz bar) I think I got a good deal as they were only 1.50 over spot! here are pics enjoyyyy :)

I notice from time to time that JM and Engelhard bars will come with the assay certificate, is that because maybe these bars are the first run of a new numbering series you see on the bars? Just wondering if some knew.

Totally not janky silver you got their Janky well done, lol....
Cool purplish looking toning perhaps forming around the edge....
I used to be bothered by discoloration or toning of silver coins or bars, but as time goes on you realize its just like patina on old antiques. It makes it cool, gives it personality, shows its age and history, which is usually a good thing in this game as time goes by....
Plus, I got into those graded tone Morgan grades for a bit and they are amazing coins to look at and rarely not ever CHEAP, lol....
And not easy to sell, as being able to capture the true essence and color of a toned coin on a digi camera, is no easy task....
Just ask those tools forking out 3k plus for the 4 oz. old Engelhard pours how collectible and cool the old vintage rare bars are....
Those J@M bars are always creeping up in value, good additions....

Thats actually where my eye went first. Silvers cool and all but the stories those weapons could tell or the potential impact on history they could have had is 2nd to none
