MS-63 me thinks, the toning is not "pretty" enough to kick it up a grade point.

MS63 for me to. The toning is not that nice keeping it from MS64.

And the 63's have it....although I believe if this were a resubmit it'd make a 64....my pictures darkened the toning a bit....slab is closer to in hand

They may have knocked it down 1 grade for the toning.
