The second last token was to commemorate the 200 Sydney olympics I think. They could be purchased from newsagents/delies etc for $1 with a coupon from the daily paper. I remember going each day to the deli at the end of the street to filll the albums when I was a kid.

The last coin the 1/12 Anna is from India obviously. They are worth very little as millions were made. IMO they are one of the best looking world coins and I am slowly actively seeking them for my collection. Later KGV dates are readily available fully red for $5 or under.

Nothing particularly rare there. Perhaps the most interesting is the Royal Life Saving Society medal.

There are two kinds of "life-savers" in Australia. The Royal Life Saving Society of Australia is in charge of patrolling "fresh water": swimming pools, lakes, creeks, rivers etc. Surf Life Saving Australia is in charge of "salt water", the surf beaches.

"1891" is the year the parent body in England was founded; the Australian branch was founded in 1894. This medal is a Bronze Medallion, the highest proficiency award granted by the Society, awarded to those who pass the theoretical and practical examinations required to qualify for the Medallion. Older British and Australian medallions look the same, as far as I can tell.

The rather rigorous requirements for the Bronze Medallion can be found on the Society's NSW Branch web page.

Awesome :)
Thanks All

Unsure what I should be looking for in world coins, I am pretty sure that the coins would have already been sorted before I played with them, but I have been having fun trying to identify them, mainly been picking out the flower and animal coins.

The 1970 US Washington quarter is worth face value in the US.
