So here is the start of my birth year set! pictures prob tomorrow!:
1989 P,D,S U.S. Penny, Nickel, Dime, Quarter, and Half Dollar
1989 D,S U.S. Congressional half and silver dollar
1989 A.S.E.

Uncirculated and Proof Canadian sets with the silver proof dollar.

Am I missing any mints or coins from the U.S. and Canada coins? I wasn't sure who made A.S.E. at 1989, thus no mint mark for which one I have.

I also have a 1989 1 piso, 1989 israel set, and a 1989 uncirc U.K. set inbound. What do you guys think?!

The 89 ASE had two versions that I know of the bullion and Proof. Sounds like you have the bullion with no MM. The proof should have an S MM I believe.

There was also a Susan B Anthony dollar in 1986.

The congressional dollar and half dollar will both have a proof and uncirculated version I think you have that covered but I couldnt tell if you meant D and S for both or the first was a D and the 2nd was an S

But overall a great set, I love the idea of doing this. I really need to get started on one for myself. Looking forward to seeing some pics of it

Just look by their name. There will be the time they posted and next to that there is a paper with an open letter. That is how to PM.

I was actually inspired by someone on the forum to start. I figured I would start close to my roots and get the U.S. and Canadian coins

Just a heads up, there was no Susan B Anthony dollar in 1986. It was produced 1979-1981 and again in 1999.

My type set lied to me. I was looking through that to see if anything was missed and it said 79-99. While the type set is technically correct a little misleading to say the least lol

I have a jar full of coins from my overseas travels. I will check the dates to see if any of them have that years date and will send them to you free of charge. Glad to get rid of them. Don't get too excited though because I may not have any with that date. Nice idea though.
