Have recently been going through more cents than good sense would dictate and found a blank copper cent with raised edge. Is this unusual or anything worth noting? If pics would be helpful I will post some.
Thx Jim

Hi Jim

Is it a copper or or plated planchet ?

It sounds like it has been through the upset mill if it has rims,, These carry a small premium and condition does make a difference, but generally 5 or 6 dollars is about normal .

Metalman, it appears to be copper and in good shape. I will post it shortly. Jim
