I have a fellow coin collector that is looking for a coin with the Bobwhite bird on it. I could swear that I have seen a coin with such a bird on it. If I recall correctly, it is a smaller copper coin. Anyone know of one? Any help would be appreciated.

The Boy Scouts of America have a Wood Badge Bobwhite Medallion Coin. Is this, perhaps, what you have previously seen? This link shows a picture:-

You may have already checked these two sites for your elusive Bobwhite aka Northern Quail but if not here are the links:-

A quick glance did show Partridges and Pheasants - but no Quails. More sleepless night for you I guess!!
