HI, just curius if this would be considered an error due to the misalighnment and what looks like to be ink at the top. Opinions appreciated please

I wouldn't... Is the ink from the printing press, ot someone using one of those counterfiet money checker pens?

I'd call it poorly centered/ cut, not a misalignment, but that's just me...

Thanks for the quick replies. The ink at the very top seems to be from the printing press.

is the Reverse as close to the top as well or is it centered?

It is a misalignment error, when one side is off center and the other side is centered. They aren't worth saving, if some of the design isn't missing.
