I would go with the last one because of condition and it is PMG. I would always go with PMG when it comes to currency.

Well, for me it's hard to choose!

Firstly, for US banknotes, I prefer PCGS ...

Secondly:

- If I'm looking for "High" grades, I would go for #3

- If I'm looking for "High" grades and "Varieties", I would go again for #3 (MULE)

- If I'm looking for "Signatures" only, I would go for #2 (Teehee-Burke)

- If I'm looking for any specimen (regardless its condition) &/or with limited budget, I would go for #2

- If I'm looking for "somewhat" High grades, I would go for #1

Cheers

While I prefer PCGS, I would go with the last one because I always prefer a premium paper quality grade.

If I had to buy a TPG note for some reason I would go with the PMG, don't forget, the PCGS currency people are not the same as the well respected PCGS coin people. In fact from what I've been told it's not even the same company. They seem to only be using or "renting" the PCGS name for business purposes and I've see way to many notes graded by them that leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

I have also heard that PMG is the company to go to for currency. Some of these things really are beauties.
