You know how they have all these pawn shop shows. What about a coin shop show? I would watch it even if I didn't collect.

I think it would be cool just to even see what people collect and the different methods they use for roll searching and silver hoarders maybe some folks on here would tape them selves and there collections then we could make our own movie or a pilot for a show

a small production company that is trying to make a name for themselves would be the ticket for the youtube idea. If it got popular enough on youtube then maybe one of the networks will take notice and even purchase the idea from them. This has happened before with Music Artists like Justin Beiber and a few others. They started out making videos of them singing on youtube and got so popular that they were picked up for a recording contract. I know this is a little different but it would take allot of work and cooperation to get it started. Allot of coin dealers would be weary of this also especially with the bad name allot of coin dealers have anyway, when people see them buy lower than their actual value (as they must do to stay in business) the viewers may get upset and it hurt their business rather than help it

If they are a reliable business that is honest with their costumers, then that shouldn't be a problem. In fact the channel could even just be a collaboration of many collectors.

For those of you hoping for a coin shop based reality show, I heard about this a few months ago. Don't know what the current status of it is, though. It is supposed to be on the National Geographic Channel. http://www.coinweek.com/people-in-t...-to-premier/
