With billions of cents made these days, there's bound to be a few with chips, scratches and cracks. None add any value to the 1c already on the coin.

I was just going through some coins and didn't even know I had this but its a mint coin it was in the celo and I took it out and put it in a 2x2 thinking I was gonna put it in my dansco

If its a strike through maybe the object is still intact

It's "struck-through" - not "strike through" - the latter infers present tense and it's not still striking.

And that is what this coin is...a minor one. Unfortunately this sort of thing will affect grade when you're up in the 67-68 range, which is what it appears this coin is.
