There is very little information on these cards, I think last year or this year some people mentioned getting one in the mail. The RCM rep says they are not doing this "gifting" anymore, but if I am supposed to get something from them then I want it.

I need details to argue with the rep, I do not know what the card contains let alone what it looks like. TIA

Never heard of a MC coin card. Over the past decade, I received one MC gift - a 2008 token.

Oh, and "holiday" greeting cards around Christmas time.

I remember the thread, but cant remember much/any of it. How to you figure "you're supposed to get it"?
I think those days are past. I've tried sending away for them years ago, but U.S.ers weren't invited.
Where do you get the "MC" from? Not being in your neck of the woods, I'm only familiar with RCM.
A grandson had a baby this year, and got a "Tooth Fairy" card.

MC stands for masters club, when you spend $1000 a year you become a member.

Is this the token/medal you were referring to? I purchased it from a Masters Club member earlier this year -- he said he received it as part of his membership. The medal is inserted into a colorful CD-sized card. The design is similar to the 2008 silver dollar that commemorated the RCM's centennial.

Yup, that is the one.

I also just found this gold coloured book mark that I received at some point over the years too.

Honestly, I am confused. I haven't seen anyone showing off a coin card the received from the mint for 2011, but do remember some people chatting about it on a different unconnected topic. RCM rep today says no such animal exists, but I do believe earlier this year speaking to a rep telling me that they had intentions on sending them out. So....this topic needs no more discussion as it would seem that the RCM is not in the business of giving away coins to customers.

Thanks all for your help!

In 2007 I received a nice colour 60 page magazine " The Masters Club 2007 Collection". The Mint actually sent me 2 copies of this magazine, a nice colour magazine that shows colour images of most of the coins produces by the Mint in 2007.

Haven't seen or received one since...... and I spend more money now than I did in 2007.
