GR, I went back and looked at some of mine.....the Nine on the right of weak digit is / seems to be common...but the Two prior to the weak digit is questionable as I have some other notes that do not have the 2 meaning it's another digit. Not sure if you can come to any conclusions but none the less interesting observation on your part.
