Someone gave me this when I started collecting. I just found it while cleaning and would like to know what you think. It actually still has some coins in it. They are ranging from 1910 - 1940. I was surprised by the age mostly.

Folders are generally not good for long term storage, but it appears that one has held up very well.

A decent starter set. Do you plan to finish it or just keep it as is?

I mean when I buy wheat cents for the true purpose of getting ones that are older. I always get the above '40 years. It is just ridiculous that they have almost disappeared in my area.

Nice for a starter but I'd really suggest changing to an Album. Folders are notorious for damaging coins. If you remove one and if the reverse is sort of tarnished, it is from the glue.
