If you say you are with EAC, you get a break on room rates, depending on room type,of $30 to $60 per night. 

Admission to the bourse and the seminars is free. Bourse public hours will be 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Sunday hours are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Admission is FREE. About 60 tables are anticipated.

I heard this is usually a very good show. I will try to make it this year. I only live about 1 hour north of there.
