I have nearly the same looking coin only mine is attributed with Pannonia reverse.

A distinctive portrait clearly identifiable by itself but enough legend to make it a good addition

SEXTERCIUS is an error on my part,because in Spanish,is called sestercio,and vulgarly Sextercio.I apologize for my error!
