Hello
Found this a while ago...just wondering if this is an over polished die or a shift..or both. seems to be column between the columns and the stairs are not there.
Thanks.

This cent appears to have been abraded with a wire wheel, notice the strong horizontal grooves that pass over the devices- PMD.

Thanks so much biokemist6 for helping me out with this. It caught my eye when I noticed what I thought was extra columns...It does look abraded especially across Lincoln.
Thanks again.
