Hi All,

New to the site but glad a stumbled upon it.

I picked this up on ebay not that long ago, not too sure of the grade, would love a group opinion. I was thinking VF -aEF (if such a grade exists)

Hi to CCF!!!!!

I would say your coin is right on VF.

It looks like it may have had a little clean, particularly the obverse. I fell the salmon colour on the higher points is a little suspicious. That may just be old circulation wear though.

--around VF. I always like seeing the date area on these to compare to those I've found.

Looks like it might've been cleaned at one stage, otherwise gVF.

Thanks all!

The observe looks much better without the plastic covering that the seller put it in. I'm happy with VF though.

If your all happy to do it again I have a 2010 50 cent error coin (rotated die) that I need a grade on as well.

I'll get some photos up a bit later.

Okay!

I originally stumbled upon CCF looking for some evidence that this coin actually exsited!

What I found was that there was some excitement over these error coins and so I picked it up.

I probably paid too much but I like it. I'd grade it EF-aUNC?
