I hope these pics work okay. I'm hoping for your thoughts on this coin. It's in a Bob Armstrong 2x2, but there seems to be something funky around the rim. Thoughts?

Collar not adjusted properly by the looks of the picture.

So that's a mint error instead of PMD? There's lots of lustre on the coin, so I didn't think it would have been damaged yet.

It looks like a mint error to me. A Collar Clash coin.

"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
