Ok so I'll admit, I've been hemorrhaging money on coins lately (not anything big, just small purchases here and there), but I couldn't help myself on this one. I've always wanted a coin of Caligula, but after seeing the tv special "Caligula: 1400 Days of Terror", I decided that I really wanted one. Ended up paying $76 for it (I compared it with other completed listings and I think I did ok), but I will sell off a few coins ( not any ancients) to help recuperate some of the cash  . Its the seller's scans (coin hasn't arrived yet) so the coin will most likely look better in hand.

Not a bad coin at all.
Yeah, if you want a decent coin of that emperor you have to pay a little more. Those are currently out of my budget. lol

"Nice As" => I love the new Caligula coin!!  I have a similar Caligula coin (and if I remember correctly, I'm pretty sure that echizento also has a nice example?) ... Ummm, what is the weight and diameter, etc, of your new precious? |

awesome vk! I browsed the caligula coin the other day, none are in my current price range.....of course I'm not supposed to be buying any coin...but you know how that goes. |

Nice coin, I to have been trying to one of these in fact all of these Emperors in this size, trying to find the right coin at the right price, Hey maybe Steve will give me his.. |
