A medal commemorating queen Victoria's diamond jubilee in 1897 (60 years of reign). There are numerous varieties of design and composition. Yours looks copper or bronze and quite beat up.

As someone mentioned in your other thread you should use different file names when uploading pictures. With a wrong picture this thread becomes useless for everyone who reads it now.
