Yes nice coins and the color does make one think gold, but the glare is removed and the detail more visible, nice!!

Very nice coins. I was gonna say that the level of detail in the last coin was awesome then I noticed it was a two pound coin. Holy Wow, Batman! If I eat the whole thing in under 30 minutes is it free? A la John Candy the old 96er? The pictures do look nice, if the color cast bothers you you can try experimenting with the color temperature setting on the camera; lower numbers, like 3200K should remove most of the yellow orange color when shooting indoors under incandescent light. when you go outside or use flash just remember to set it back to 5600K. I like to use manual controll of the color temp settings, sometimes when shooting small and/or shiny objects the autocolor temp settings can be fooled.

Steele its actually only a 1 oz coin. Its British and their money is "pounds". Its basically like saying an ASE is worth 2 dollars not accounting for currency exchange rate. A real 2 pound coin would be a sight to see for sure
