What are the chance I will receive my Isaac Brock 10 pack of quarters for 2.50 and that includes delivery and no tax.I ordered two sets from the mint for a total of 5 dollars for 20 quarters.

Last year I was in Florida when I signed up for this site but I live in Canada for 6 months.I guess they call us snow birds.
