I bid 300 on this and got past in no time and I am bowing out, lol....

Probably best, as it is a piece of history, but dark history with much blood stained on that 3 oz. perhaps....

I just thought it would be a RARE piece to own via SO old 1938. Never seen it before, but again the negative energy such a bar may bring with it, better left alone IMO....

There was a thread on here some time ago saying some of these bars are fake. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Great post Joking and the first sentence lol classic and SO TRUE.....

"If it's too good to be true, then it probably is."

I don't think blood silver would be such a good thing in my opinion, but the history good or bad is a part of history....

I wonder what year it was the FIRST TRUE gold or silver bar was poured? Heck you may have to go back ten thousand plus years maybe to answer that, as I am totally CONVINCED humans have been smart enough to do achieve such feats dating way back further then first ever thought....

All you gotta do is read up on the story of the Alps mountain man with the ax as well as many other interesting possessions who dated back to perhaps 5200 years, unless I am mistaken and it was 5200 B.C.....

Good chance his ancestors going way back may have been even smarter, and perhaps his ancestors were part of a lost advanced civilization which was lost to many of the world disasters that have occurred in the past....

At first glance I felt that it is a modern piece, the patina isn't right to be that old IMO.

The "blood" is on the person that produced this bar in order to represent it to be something that it is not for physical gain.

That is assuming it's fraudulent of course, but I could be wrong.
