There are two counterstamps on your coin : * VI maravedis 1636 (bottom on the first picture, top on the secone one) * IIII maravedis 1654 (top and bottom upside down)
I can't figure out on what original coin this was struck to, but technically the last counterstamp is the one which gives the value to your coin : it's a IIII maravedis. (III maravedis don't exist for this period / place / type)
Actually it's not an officially minted coin - it's two official counterstamps due to devaluation of the coins back then. I cannot see the mint on those - it should be over / under the stamp (they are not often complete). Here are some examples : http://www.maravedis.org/felipe4.html
