It doesn't look like VAM70 to me at least from the close up of the letters. I can't make out much from the small obverse and reverse shots other than the olive branch is not polished away like VAM70. The letter doubling looks more along the line of VAM83.

I see he has now changed his description from VAM-70 to doubled RIB which still isn't really true but better than calling it a VAM-70 I guess.

Dave, It is a VAM-83 and I actually did email him to let him know what it was instead of a VAM-70
