Hi All,

I was looking over my ebay winning purchases and wanted to start a spreadsheet calculation for my total purchases + shipping, and date of transaction, seller ID and so forth.

I read online ebay forum, but the basic approach is to print it out or do a cut and paste into excel, anyone else have a better method?

I would suggest a simple excel spreadsheet. That is what I use. Including type of coin, etc... and you can use a basic formula to add up all costs. I don't know of any other way to "import" ebay settings into anything else.

If I knew what the source looked like I could probably be more explicit, but you can "print" or copy/paste the information to a plain text file, then import that file into your spreadsheet program (Excel).

Depending on how it is saved, you can delimit the columns with tabs, multiple spaces, etc. Once you get the file open in your spreadsheet program, you can do some clever sorting tricks to group the unwanted data for easy elimination.

It can be a bit complicated and take some trial and error.
