Being a fairly new internationel seller on ebay, I have a seller limit of 10 auctions and $500 dollar per month.

I only sell maybe 3 or 4 items each month, and rarely get close to the $500.

As my 2nd item for this month I listed something with a $1 starting bid, so nowhere near my $500.

But what happens if the auction ends up selling for more than $500? Will it be closed or will the bidding stop as soon as I reach my limit? Not giving other bidders the chance to get it? Which means they get frustrated, and I lose money.

This might be a concern as the item got up from 1 to around 200 dollars with still 6 days left of the auction

regards

I have never heard of these types of limits so I can be of no help whatsoever to you on this subject. Is this just a "new" international seller rule or something? I have seen international sellers sell allot more than 10 auctions so I am guessing it has something to do with being a new account and will be lifted after a certain amount of time but I just don't know as I haven't ever heard of it before

I called them once and tried to lift my limit...but they said that I need 25 or more feedbacks to lift it...even though it doesn't say anywhere that 25 is what I need. If it said that, I wouldn't have called in the first place.

Oh well, I just have to wait and see what happens...
