MS66 Special Mint Set coin. These were issued instead of proofs 1965-67.

It is SMS. The nose, cheek, and hair areas are not wear areas. Sorry my pics are not better. The coin is very proof-like. The darkened areas have just toned differently from the rest of the coin.
