Here is a small coin dated 1975 unit 5 ?
It has a Isalmic Falcon looks like the Egyptian 5 Milliemes
but the the date is wrong and there are two branches and arabic design. Can you help identify this coin's country?

I looked at ebay for Libya and saw only banknotes, so I thought it might be some other sultante. Thank You.
