I like your chances. Look for the top of the 7 to be flush with the rest of the date digits first - sure looks that way here - and the weak "E" in "LIBERTY."

Looks like a nice small date to me... Lot easier to tell them apart when you have the large for reference.

Please let me know where and when you sale this. I think I can buy off of here now. I am in need of one that is "somewhat" economical?

Been meaning to get a 1970s for the Whitman. Nice coins BTW.

GR, could I be a pain and ask you to take a pic that focuses on the date from Lincoln's breast to the edge of the coin? I have a whole bunch of 1970s pennies and no good picture to go from (most I've found on Google aren't zoomed in enough for me).
This is a beauty, by the way! Fantastic shape.

Here you go Nina My pictures are not as good as the pictures Mcshilling posted. Thank you all for the responses, I do like to have other opinions when selling a coin like this. As others posted Liberty is "mushy" the "E" weak The "7" is level with the tops of the other numbers It is easier to tell when you have a large date to compare As you see in Mcshilling pictures The loop in the nine is more pointed and points higher on the "7" than it does on the large date

I'd like to take credit for the pics but, I can't, I just keep them for cases like this.

Thank you, GR and Mcshilling! I'll go through mine today while there's still strong light outside and see if I happen to have gotten lucky; GR's show the distance from the breast and Mcshilling's show the diagnostics so hopefully this is enough to go on

You don't need photo bucket, when you go to post on that page there will be a little camera that says download image, just click on that , if I can get it anyone can. The pics all come from your own computer.
