I personally would require a closer-up photo angled at about 45 degrees or so to the area where the alleged lamination and normal areas meet.

If you would like some specific suggestions on where to acquire cost effective photographic equipment and techniques to accomplish this above suggestion, just indicate this and we will be happy to express our opinions at CCF.
