Not the old Morgan CC GSA, but the self slobber GSA that always has hundreds of flag labeled slabs on the Bay.
Bar-codes are used, of course, by legit TPGs to inventory/identify/track individual coins. I just looked close at several of his auctions and his labels all have the same bar-code! This guy is trying really hard to pose as a legit TPG, his negative feedback seems to say he ran as a self slobber scam called NGA before.
A while back didn't I read ebay was going to clean up which TPGs they allowed?

They did clean up their TPG stuff which is why you can only filter by pcgs ngc anacs and igc. But coins in other slabs are still allowed to be sold, you just can put the grade in, well your not supposed to. A lot of people just pick a random legit TPG and set their ads that way and you can spend all day reporting those

I think I recently bought one of the GSA coins, I didn't pay much for it so if the coin is authentic I'm okay with it being in my collection.
Here's a pic.

There are several basement slabbers that use the same barcode on all of their slabs.
