To all my East coast Numismatic brothers and sisters, Hoping everyone is staying safe, inside and out of the weather. With no work, school, and probably no electricity here to come, I figured I would give a shout out while I still can. Being here in Eastern Maryland, its pretty rough right now, with the worst of it to come. Godspeed!

Even parts of Canada are gearing up for a major storm. I'm in the path of it...

Virginia is pretty much shut down, east to western portion. I have family in New York that is bracing for the worst.

Guess where I am? Just got home early from work; wind picking up across I-95. Maybe I'll settle in with a hot drink and look over my Classic US coins (so they don't move this thread to another forum!) Isn't the Forum Mom in Delaware? At least SsuperDave moved from Atlantic City just in time!

here in austria/germany, we also get all the news of the actual hurricane. we have also thunderstorms and storms, (we call it orkan, the word is based on the spanish word huracán. but here in europe, we have not theese extreme problems. most of the houses are built of stone, bricks or reinforced concrete.
i hope that everything will be allright and not too much damege and all.

Well, don't hate me, but, it was another 90 degree and sunny day here in the Arizona desert. Haven't seen rain nor clouds in months. But, remember, we have to deal with 120 degree heat in the summer. Hopefully your storm will be weaker than forecasted.

Yes Panda it's the end of the world as we know it. I, however, feel fine....
