Here is the second 1878CC I own. This one is raw but you guys already saw my GSA 1878CC. Aside from condition, can anybody explain the fat C on the mint mark? Is this PMD? Perhaps a bad bag strike. Thanks.

I agree on AU.
There are marks across the belly of the Eagle and the dings on the CC as well as the shadow dirt

But a VERY interesting coin!
