The buttons on Brock appear on each coin by the looks of it....
and usually an indent on a coin would be questionable.

I checked the coin from diferrent pics and theres no damage around it it seems that this was marking is exactly the same on major brockcollar wether it was done before or after I cant tell but its clean and size is the same

Buttons on coat are part of the design.

Dent on the obverse is not.

Just taking a guess, but an automatic center punch would make a dent like that with limited surrounding damage.
