I think it would go AU. All the high spots are pretty much in tact.
I've seen AU coins with less definition in the breast feather area.

Thank you for the input. I bought this one for 14 dollars. About 3 dollars and change over melt? I'm rarely offered any Walking Liberty half in better than G condition. I bought three total but this one was the better of the 3. The other two have a little more wear on the breast. Those were 1943 and 1944. I paid 40 dollars for the 3 coins.

obverse has luster and flow lines
a touch of wear... AU-58 IMHO

I'd go with AU58. The breast is not a solid indicator. It is oftentimes weakly struck. I have seen graded MS coins with weaker definition than your coin. Good pick!

AU58 but not a bad price since they are pretty!
