Mint mark type match, Upper and lower serifs D/D rotated counter clockwise. Slightly curved die scratch match from "19" into upper jacket. Close up of die scratches. Die scratch from east side "W" to southwest corner of "E". Closeup of "WE" die scratch. Reverse die scratch from S to T in "STATES" Closeup of T-A die scratch. Die scratch from P to L in "PLURBUS." The first shot is a blowup from Nikon Coolpix at 4 megapixals. Thanks for the comment John, with all the same markers if this is not an RPM, then it's from the same die. The NW serif area is damaged, but the shelf area and mint mark type are same as RPM 3. I must admit because of RPM type and this coin being circulated some features are hard to see. Didn't expect markers to be there, but they are. Report this Post to the Staff
