Yes, this one's listed in Krause's "Unusual World Coins", KMX#4, CV (in my 1992 edition) $4 in VF, $25 in Unc. It's listed in the section "Joseph Moore Model Series".
The term "model", as I understand it's use, was supposed to mean much the same as "unofficial pattern", in the sense that a die-sinker would have a brilliant idea for a new design of coin, so he'd make a die himself and knock off a few specimens - or a few hundred - and distribute them to friends, family and any dignitary who would give him the time of day.
Joseph Moore made "model coins" from a 1/32nd farthing up to crown. Other folks, on seeing the success of his designs, began to make their own similar "models", more for profit than as serious private patterns. UWC reports that Lauer, a German token and medal manufacturer, mass-produced and sold theirs as card counters.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
