$8 difference between VF and XF on this one according to numismedia. $4 difference according to my latest CDN report.

These 1931D mint Lincolns are almost hard to get in good condition as their brother, the 31S.

Wear around the ear and cheek, very nice reverse.

Great find...only 4M made. One of the most under appreciated Lincolns. Every time I've offered them for sale there doesn't seem to be much interest for some reason.
