Hi all,
Please excuse any mistakes, almost computer illiterate. I purchased an item described as:
'15 grams .9999 fine silver from Germany. Maximilian 2nd King of Bavaria 1806-1918 Deep Cameo Proof'
The obverse legend reads 'Maximilian II Koenig Von Bayern at top above bust facing right. The reverse legend reads 'IN TREUE FEST' above a jeweled crown, and below crown reads:
KOENIGREICH
BAYERN
1806-1918
ZA 999,9
Any info would be greatly appreciate. Thank you, Dan

Well, nobody was making .9999 fine silver coins back in 1918. So I suspect it's a modern bullion round.
